Although it may take longer to build your ideal audience base, organic social media allows you to build engagement and develop a community with your customers and followers. Any post you make that hasn’t been paid for is considered to be organic. This could even be a blog post, article, or industry news.

Yes, if it is included in your social media marketing package. This is considered reactive engagement. We also implement proactive engagement which entails reaching outside of your existing following to engage with other businesses that fall within your target audience. This works to grow your ideal audience base.

You will be invoiced during the first week of the month for the previous month’s work. A QuickBooks invoice system is used. You’ll have a choice of using any major credit card, PayPal or ACH.

No problem. We only ask for a 30-day notice and you will be billed for work that has already been completed.

There is a confidentiality promise in our agreement.  None of your personal or business information will be disclosed to third parties without your written consent unless required to testify in a court of law.   We will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if desired.

Once you have completed an initial discovery call (free 20-minute consultation offered), I will provide an agreement based on the package or project(s) you would like to begin with. Once the agreement has been signed (after any necessary revisions), we will get to work on making your life easier immediately, beginning with a comprehensive strategy session.
